Maybe some of them do that then open shops on the weekend. Don't know. I didn't see evidence of raising their own food; but, may have just missed that. It certainly is a different lifestyle than many of us can relate to.Anita Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09671820780634003286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3018576996941070707.post-73863528559494106812011-05-23T09:41:02.682-07:002011-05-23T09:41:02.682-07:00What a nice little trip. Perhaps they own their property and raise their own food, not needing to go to 'the office' whatever that may be. Perhaps they make enough money by opening on the weekend.Paulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00794079257866559509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3018576996941070707.post-10908107364662415442011-05-22T07:42:11.667-07:002011-05-22T07:42:11.667-07:00Bienvenue! Thanks we are much, much better.

What a great idea, Earl. You and Ken are trying to get me in more trouble. But, goodness knows I don't consider either photographing in a near ghost town or processing those photos hard work.Anita Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09671820780634003286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3018576996941070707.post-533230727880811472011-05-20T19:52:47.433-07:002011-05-20T19:52:47.433-07:00I can only imagine the people and stories linked t...I can only imagine the people and stories linked to places such as Randsburg lost now in the past. Glad you two are feeling better and got out and about to enjoy a nice day.

A ghost town series of images would be complimentary to those wonderful horse photos you take. Like you, I love to imagine the stories that have unfolded there. As for this image appearing in a future show, that would be just dandy with me.Anita Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09671820780634003286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3018576996941070707.post-32782595132712961612011-05-20T13:31:48.232-07:002011-05-20T13:31:48.232-07:00I love visiting places like this. And they make for great photo ops. This is a very nice image. Could look good in an upcoming show!ken bellohttp://oneowner.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
